Device or Other IDs

We collect the Android advertising ID, app set ID, device metadata, Crashlytics installation UUID, Analytics App-instance ID, and Firebase Android App ID for the following purposes:

3. Data Retention

We retain data associated with advertising identifiers on Google Analytics for 14 months, this doesn't affect most standard reporting, which is based on aggregated data.

Firebase retains Firebase installation IDs, this data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days.

Firebase Crashlytics retains crash stack traces, extracted minidump data, and associated identifiers (including Crashlytics Installation UUIDs) for 90 days.

Note: Firebase Crashlytics stores minidump data only temporarily in order to process NDK crashes.

4. Data Handling and Security

We and our service providers use industry standard security practices to protect your data in transit and at rest. All data is transferred over a secure connection using HTTPS.

5. Data Deletion

You can request us to send you and/or delete the data we have collected about you by contacting us at privacy@tenoku.com.

The Android ad ID can be reset or deleted by you using ad ID controls in the Android settings menu.
